A Head of Quality also known as a Quality Manager or Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring that an organization s products services or processes meet established quality standards They oversee quality assurance processes manage quality control systems and lead efforts to improve processes ultimately aiming for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities Developing and implementing quality standards This includes creating and maintaining quality procedures specifications and documentation Monitoring and analyzing quality data This involves collecting analyzing and interpreting data to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with standards Leading and managing quality teams This includes hiring training and supervising quality personnel fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization Conducting audits and investigations This involves overseeing internal and external audits investigating non-conformities and implementing corrective and preventive actions Communicating with stakeholders This includes communicating quality standards to employees engaging with customers and reporting findings to senior management Driving continuous improvement initiatives This involves implementing strategies like Lean manufacturing Six Sigma and other quality improvement methodologies Ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards This involves staying up-to-date with relevant regulations and ensuring that the organization s processes meet those standards Skills and Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills The ability to lead and motivate teams delegate tasks and manage resources effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization including employees customers and management Analytical and problem-solving skills The ability to analyze data identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions Strong understanding of quality management systems and processes Knowledge of quality standards regulations and best practices Technical expertise Depending on the specific industry this may include knowledge of manufacturing processes engineering principles or other relevant technical skills Experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives Experience with methods like Lean manufacturing Six Sigma and other quality improvement frameworks Ability to work independently and as part of a team The ability to manage tasks effectively and collaborate with others to achieve goals CONTACT-(phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Work Location In person
