Roles and Responsibilities The Purchase Officer will provide support to the Purchase Manager and assist in - Processing of Requisition for Raw Material Packing Material Preparing the Purchase orders for all the Raw material and Packing material IN the ERP SOFTWARE Coordinating with the suppliers for the dispatch details of the material and following up with the transporters for the delivery of the materials to factory locations Updating the status sheet of the purchase orders Collecting the documents from API Packing material Vendors that are required for Factory records Maintaining COA record for Raw Material excipients Sourcing recent vendor Job Qualifications and Skill Sets A Graduate with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Pharma Industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Word Excel Knowledge of Tally Job Type Full-time Benefits Flexible schedule Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s What is your Currnet ACTC What are your expectations in terms of Salary What is your Notice Period Education Bachelor s Required Experience Purchasing 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
