Associate Allied Chemicals is a distributor of fragrance and flavour and cosmetic ingredients As we expand our presence we are seeking a creative and strategic Content and Communications Specialist to join our team This role is responsible for developing editing and managing high-quality content across multiple channels to support brand awareness customer engagement and organizational communication goals Responsibilities Lead the planning and strategy for all the company s social media content across platforms Conceptualize content ideas themes and campaigns aligned with the company s brand values and business goals Guide and supervise one team member responsible for executing social media content including post creation and publishing Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and translate them into impactful social media content ideas and plans Review refine and approve social media content to ensure quality clarity and alignment with brand tone of voice Develop and propose creative ideas and content concepts providing clear direction to design and subject matter experts for producing cohesive and engaging multimedia content Own and manage the social media content calendar ensuring consistency and timely delivery Monitor social media performance through analytics and provide strategic direction to improve reach and engagement Ensure all social media communications strictly adhere to company brand guidelines and messaging standards Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Communications Journalism Marketing English or a related field Experience and passion about fragrance industry is an added bonus 1-3 years of experience in content creation communications or a related role Exceptional writing editing and verbal communication skills Proven ability to translate complex topics into clear audience-appropriate messages Experience with content management systems e g WordPress social media platforms and basic design tools e g Canva Adobe Creative Suite Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools e g Google Analytics Knowledge of internal communications or employer branding Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Application Question s What s your notice period Experience Content Writing 1 year Required Location Mumbai Maharashtra Required Work Location In person
