Job Summary - The Senior Planning Engineer is responsible for developing monitoring and maintaining project schedules coordinating planning and reporting activities and ensuring project execution aligns with contractual requirements and organizational objectives The role requires advanced expertise in project controls scheduling software and construction methodologies to support timely cost-effective project delivery Roles Responsibilities - Develop update and maintain detailed project schedules Prepare Work Breakdown Structure WBS activity sequencing logic linking and resource loading Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule and identify variances Perform schedule forecasting what-if analysis and critical path analysis Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports dashboards and schedule narratives Maintain project risk registers and support mitigation planning Coordinate progress measurement systems including earned value analysis EVA Track key performance indicators KPIs such as productivity progress delays and resource utilization Ensure planning and scheduling practices align with company procedures and industry standards Conduct schedule quality checks and maintain schedule integrity throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications Requirements Education Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field Experience 7-12 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling on large-scale construction infrastructure or Residential projects Job Type Full time Pay 50 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person
