We are seeking a motivated Sales Inbound Calls Executive to manage bookings convert customer inquiries into sales and ensure an excellent guest experience Responsibilities Handle inbound calls related to bookings pricing BYOB rules and venue information Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations group bookings Promote offers packages and membership deals to boost sales Maintain follow-ups with leads for corporate events parties and group activities Log call details customer information and bookings in the CRM POS system Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries professionally Coordinate with the front-desk team to ensure smooth check-in flow Requirements 12th pass or Graduate Strong communication skills Ability to upsell packages and close leads confidently Basic computer knowledge CRM POS experience preferred Ability to work in fast-paced environments Willing to work evenings weekends and event days Preferred Previous experience in sales call center BPO hospitality or events Fluency in english and hindi languages Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
