Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Soldering and Packaging Technician to join our manufacturing team The role involves performing precision soldering on electronic components and ensuring proper packaging of finished products for shipment Key Responsibilities Perform soldering of electronic components on PCBs and assemblies following quality standards Inspect solder joints for accuracy and compliance with IPC standards Operate soldering equipment and maintain tools in good working condition Handle packaging of finished products ensuring proper labeling and protection during transit Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean organized work area Assist in inventory management for soldering materials and packaging supplies Report any defects or issues to the supervisor promptly Qualifications Skills High school diploma or equivalent technical certification in electronics preferred Minimum 1-2 years of experience in soldering and packaging in an electronics manufacturing setting Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Good eyesight and hand-eye coordination for precision work Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 8 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Application Question s How many years of experience you have in Soldering How many years of experience you have in Packaging Work Location In person
