Job Title IT Manager Location Hyderabad Corporate Office campus visits as needed Experience 6-12 years including 3 years in a supervisory role Qualification Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT or Engineering We re hiring an experienced IT Manager for our client- a leading education institution in Hyderabad You ll oversee IT infrastructure digital systems and campus-wide technology operations ensuring uptime security and smooth functioning of all networks and assets while leading the IT team and driving tech improvements As the IT Manager you responsibilities would be Manage servers firewalls networks and NAS across campuses Oversee security antivirus backups vulnerabilities and network uptime Coordinate IT operations for campuses hardware AV systems and digital panels Supervise helpdesk SLAs and escalations Handle end-to-end IT asset lifecycle inventory procurement AMC disposal Manage CCTV biometrics and cybersecurity protocols Lead computer lab setup and support digital learning initiatives Supervise IT team define SOPs and prepare IT performance dashboards Requirements Experience 6-12 yrs in IT infra operations with 3 yrs supervisory multi-campus education sector experience is a plus Tech Skills System admin network management and IT security Education Bachelor s in CS IT Engineering Competencies Problem-solving leadership coordination vendor management and IT SOP documentation Mindset Integrity discipline service-oriented and able to work under pressure across locations Perks Scope Lead IT infrastructure and operations across multiple campuses Impact Ensure uptime security and smooth digital learning systems Leadership Manage and coordinate IT teams across locations Strategy Drive tech planning and upgrades for labs and digital boards Process Own IT SOPs policies and security standards
