Overview We are seeking a skilled Civil Supervisor to join our team The ideal candidate will oversee and manage civil construction projects ensuring they are completed efficiently and within budget Duties Manage and supervise civil construction projects from inception to completion Review and interpret project plans blueprints and specifications Coordinate with subcontractors engineers and architects to ensure project success Monitor construction progress and quality standards on-site Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders Qualifications Proficiency in construction management software such as Autocad proficiency in facade exterior and interior works including ACP and glass works Experience in managing civil projects including pipelines contracts and schematics Robust blueprint reading skills to interpret project requirements accurately Knowledge of construction site operations and safety protocols Ability to lead a team effectively and resolve issues efficiently Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
