We Are Hiring SM Vehicle finance In Ahmedabad Job Title Sales Manager - Vehicle Finance Location Ahmedabad Department Sales Business Development Reports To Regional Sales Manager Area Sales Head Key Responsibilities Drive sales of vehicle loans new and used through dealers DSA and direct sourcing Develop and manage relationships with automobile dealers brokers and channel partners Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement and revenue targets Conduct market analysis and identify potential customers and business opportunities Lead a team of Sales Officers Executives set targets and monitor performance Ensure proper documentation and compliance for loan processing Coordinate with credit operations and collections teams to ensure smooth disbursal Monitor portfolio performance and maintain healthy asset quality Organize promotional activities and campaigns to generate leads Provide regular reports and feedback to senior management Qualifications and Skills Graduate MBA in Marketing Finance or related field 3-6 years of experience in vehicle finance sales NBFC BFSI preferred Robust knowledge of auto loan products market trends and credit policies Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to build and manage teams and channel partners Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
