Profile Site Engineer Experience 2-5 years of relevant experience in civil site execution building road industrial or infrastructure projects Salary Range 23k-35k Roles Supervise all on-site civil work including excavation RCC steelwork shuttering concreting masonry plastering finishing etc Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings specifications and method statements Coordinate with contractors subcontractors vendors and labour teams to ensure timely completion of tasks Monitor construction progress and maintain daily work reports site diaries and material logs Verify material quality and quantities received at the site coordinate with the procurement team Assist in setting out levelling and surveying the site using appropriate tools Ensure proper safety measures and compliance with HSE policies on-site Conduct regular quality checks to ensure workmanship standards are maintained Report deviations or technical issues to the Project Manager and suggest corrective measures Prepare and assist in the accurate preparation of measurement sheets work done statements and bills for contractor and vendor payments Assist in quantity surveying estimation of project costs and material requirements based on drawings and specifications Liaise with consultants and client representatives for inspections and approvals Skills Eduction Diploma B E B Tech in Civil Engineering Solid understanding of construction methods materials and project coordination Ability to read and interpret civil structural and architectural drawings Proven knowledge and experience in billing quantity surveying and estimation for civil construction projects Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD and other site management tools Strong communication meticulous documentation and effective problem-solving skills Strong communication documentation and problem-solving skills
