Reports To Plant Manager Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Factory Name The HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our workforce by implementing HR programs and policies managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor regulations This position requires someone who is detail-oriented proactive and has strong interpersonal skills Key Responsibilities - Recruitment and Onboarding - Coordinate the recruitment process including job postings screening resumes scheduling interviews and conducting orientations - Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely filling of vacancies - Employee Relations - Address employee concerns and questions regarding HR policies and procedures - Assist in resolving employee conflicts and promoting a positive work environment - HR Administration - Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date - Process payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with Finance and Perks departments - Compliance - Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure the factory s compliance - Assist in conducting audits and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders - Training and Development - Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity - Track training attendance and maintain training records - Health and Safety - Support the implementation of health and safety programs - Assist in conducting safety inspections and promoting a culture of safety awareness Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience - Proven experience in HR roles preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting - Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and Word - Strong interpersonal and communication skills Preferred Qualifications - HR certification e g PHR SHRM-CP - Experience with payroll and benefits administration - Bilingual proficiency in Hindi and English Working Conditions - This position operates in a factory environment and may require occasional evening or weekend work to support HR activities - Must be able to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Payroll 6 years Preferred HR 6 years Required total work 10 years Preferred License Certification Professional in Human Resources Required Location Daman Daman and Diu Required Work Location In person
