Job Summary We are looking for a results-oriented and driven Sales Executive to fill our vacancy You will be engaging in promoting our training courses responding to student inquiries and converting leads into enrollments Your job will be a contributing factor in guiding students into the suitable training routes and supporting the growth of the institute Key Responsibilities Contact potential students through calls emails and walk-ins Understand career aspirations of students and suggest appropriate training courses Follow up leads and ensure timely conversion Achieve monthly course enrollment and revenue targets Update and maintain the CRM system with relevant lead and follow-up information Coordinate with the academic and support teams to facilitate smooth onboarding of students Attend marketing events seminars and outreach programs if necessary Perform routine counseling and respond to student queries efficiently Essential Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong persuasion and negotiation skills Customer-centric attitude Fundamental knowledge of training or education sector desirable Target-working and working under pressure Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Requirements Bachelor s degree in any stream Marketing Business Administration or any related field preferably Previous experience in sales tele-calling or counseling is a plus Job Types Full time Permanent Fresher Language English Preferred Work Location In person
