Company Description Kraftwork Solar is a leading provider of solar and renewable energy solutions in Kerala India With over 30 years of experience we have served more than 20 000 customers across the country Our comprehensive offerings include rooftop solar solutions solar drying solutions and solar water heating solutions for both residential and commercial customers Role Description Kraftwork is now looking for Site Supervisors in Kochi This is a full time on-site role As a Site Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring end to end completion of residential commercial PV projects Site Surveys Visit customer locations to survey the roof and house to determine feasibility design of the PV system Customer Success Enable proper communication with customers to ensure that the customer is aware of the project status next step payment milestones etc Handle all document collection filing related to the project including KSEB MNRE Loan documents etc Installation Manage a team of installers and ensure proper allocation of resources for project installation day to day tracking of project completion status and remove any bottlenecks that come up during installation Troubleshooting Service Handle post installation technical queries of the customer related to power production maintenance and service Reviews and referrals Maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service and tracking the referrals generated through the project teams Qualifications Educational requirement Diploma or Graduation in any discipline Prior experience in solar industry Excellent communication and consultative sales skills Self-motivated Go-getter Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment Preferred Qualifications Degree or diploma holder in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field renewable energy Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Education Diploma Preferred Experience Solar work 2 years Preferred Total Work 4 years Preferred Work Location In person
