Urgent Need POSITION LEGAL ADVISOR EXP 5 YEARS MINIMUM JOB LOCATION CHANDIGARH INDUSTRY REAL ESTATE SALARY 60K-65K M (phone hidden) Note This position is strictly for legal professionals with specific experience in the real estate sector e g land acquisition property transactions RERA title due diligence etc Applicants without relevant real estate experience will not be shortlisted General practice lawyers without hands-on real estate experience need not to apply Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Advisor to join our team in the real estate sector The ideal candidate will provide legal guidance on property transactions land acquisition lease agreements regulatory compliance and litigation You will play a key role in safeguarding the company s legal interests and ensuring all real estate activities comply with applicable laws and regulations Key Responsibilities Draft review and negotiate real estate contracts sale deeds lease agreements MOUs and joint venture agreements Conduct legal due diligence on properties to ensure clear title and absence of encumbrances Advise on land acquisition zoning building regulations and municipal approvals Handle property disputes litigation and arbitration in coordination with external counsel Ensure compliance with real estate and construction laws including RERA local property laws and other relevant regulations Liaise with government authorities registrars and external legal teams on property registration approvals and permits Monitor changes in real estate laws and provide timely updates and recommendations to management Develop and implement internal legal policies to minimize legal risks Requirements Bachelor s degree in Law LLB Master s degree LLM is a plus Minimum 5 years of legal experience preferably in the real estate or construction sector Strong understanding of property laws land acquisition processes and contract management Excellent negotiation analytical and communication skills Ability to handle multiple legal matters simultaneously and work under pressure High level of integrity professionalism and confidentiality Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 60 000 00 - 65 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
