Job Title Assistant Manager - Compliance Payroll Experience 4 to 6 years Location BKC Department HR Finance About the Role We are hiring an Assistant Manager - Compliance Payroll to manage monthly payroll and ensure all statutory compliances are met The person will also prepare Excel reports and support audits Key Responsibilities Process monthly payroll on time and with accuracy Handle salary breakups deductions PF ESIC PT TDS and full final settlements Ensure timely filing and payment of all statutory compliances PF ESIC PT LWF etc Maintain employee records and compliance documentation Prepare Excel reports and MIS dashboards for management Support internal and external audits Coordinate with HR Finance and external vendors What we re Looking For 4-6 years of experience in payroll and compliance Good knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements Solid Excel skills formulas Pivot Table VLOOKUP etc Experience with payroll software like GreytHR SAP or ADP is a plus Detail-oriented with good communication and Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 700 000 00 per year
