Department Manufacturing Location Kundli Sonipat Haryana India Job Summary The Flow Wrap Machine Operator is responsible for the setup operation adjustment and maintenance of high-speed flow wrapping and horizontal form fill seal HFFS equipment This role ensures that products are sealed securely and aesthetically with correct labeling and coding maintaining quality and efficiency standards Key Responsibilities 1 Machine Operation and Setup Operation Safely and efficiently operate and monitor one or more flow wrapping machines Setup Changeovers Parameter Adjustment Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve common operational issues such as film tracking problems incorrect dating coding poor seal quality and jams performing immediate minor corrective maintenance 2 Quality and Compliance Seal Integrity Continuously inspect finished packages to ensure hermetic seals correct code dates lot numbers and accurate print registration Weight Count Control Monitor product feed to the machine to ensure accurate weight or count per package coordinating with upstream processes Materials Inspection Verify that the correct packaging film and coding materials are used for the specific product run as per the BMR Batch Manufacturing Record GMP Hygiene Maintain the flow wrap machine and surrounding area according to Good Manufacturing Practices GMP and company sanitation standards assisting with deep cleaning schedules 3 Performance and Documentation Efficiency Monitor and record line performance data including output rate downtime reasons and material waste levels working to achieve target OEE Overall Equipment Effectiveness Record Keeping Accurately complete all production logs maintenance checklists quality check sheets and waste reports Material Handling Load and correctly thread packaging film rolls ensuring proper orientation and splice execution 4 Safety and Maintenance Adhere strictly to all machine safety protocols including Lock-Out Tag-Out LOTO procedures during cleaning or maintenance Perform routine preventative maintenance PM tasks on the machine as scheduled such as lubrication and component replacement Education Qualification - High School Diploma or equivalent a technical diploma or vocational certification is highly preferred Experience 2-3 years of direct experience operating and adjusting Flow Wrap HFFS packaging machinery ideally in food manufacturing bakery confectionery Technical Skills Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude for troubleshooting and minor repairs Understanding of heat-sealing principles High attention to detail critical for seal quality excellent hand-eye coordination ability to work independently and strong communication skills Personal Attributes A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving Ability to work effectively in a team Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
