Role Summary The Senior Financial Consultant is responsible for leading financial process design advising clients on best practice ERP financial workflows and ensuring smooth implementation of NetSuite or similar ERP financial modules This role requires robust domain expertise in accounting financial planning compliance and reporting Key Responsibilities Lead end to end implementation of finance modules including GL AP AR Fixed Assets Revenue Recognition and Financial Reports Analyze clients existing financial processes and recommend scalable industry aligned solutions Configure Netsuite ERP financial components based on business requirements Collaborate closely with solution engineers functional teams and technical consultants Provide end user training and deployment support Review customizations and integrations from a financial controls perspective Provide ongoing support troubleshooting and process optimization post go live Maintain compliance alignment with GAAP IFRS and internal audit standards Required Skills Experience 3 years experience 2-3 for exceptional talent in Netsuite ERP finance implementation Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial workflows Hands on experience with NetSuite ERP Excellent analytical documentation and client communication skills Ability to lead workshops and manage client stakeholders
