Location Pune Employment Type Full-time Experience 0-2 years Freshers welcome Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming cafe setting Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee tea and other beverages as per standard recipes Operate coffee machines grinders and other cafe equipment efficiently Take customer orders accurately and handle billing payment Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation equipment and seating area Ensure consistent taste presentation and quality of beverages Manage inventory of coffee beans milk syrups and other supplies Follow food safety hygiene and company policies at all times Handle customer queries and resolve complaints politely and professionally Assist with opening and closing duties as required Skills Requirements Basic knowledge of coffee preparation espresso cappuccino latte etc Good communication and interpersonal skills Customer-friendly attitude with a positive mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety standards Preferred Qualifications Prior experience as a Barista or in the food beverage industry Certification in barista training or hospitality preferred but not mandatory What We Offer Competitive salary and incentives On-the-job training Growth opportunities within the organization Friendly and supportive work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 23 000 00 per month Work Location In person
