Job Title Payroll Compliance Officer PF ESIC Location Bhopal Experience Required 4-5 Years Salary CTC 25 000 - 40 000 per month as per knowledge experience Qualification Graduate Post Graduate Commerce HR preferred Employment Type Full-time Key Responsibilities Handling end-to-end payroll processing on a monthly basis Managing PF ESIC PT LWF and other statutory compliances Timely filing of PF ESIC returns challans and reconciliations Managing recent registrations exits transfers and claims PF ESIC Coordinating with government departments and handling inspections audits Maintaining employee payroll records and statutory documentation Addressing employee queries related to salary PF ESIC and deductions Ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws and amendments Supporting HR with payroll reports and MIS as required Required Skills Knowledge Strong practical knowledge of PF ESIC and payroll processing Hands-on experience with PF ESIC portals Good understanding of Indian labour laws Proficiency in Excel and payroll software High attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and coordination skills Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
