Job Summary We are looking for a Packaging Procurement Executive who will manage end-to-end packaging procurement coordinate with packaging vendors and handle material development and printing The role requires strong vendor negotiation skills knowledge of packaging materials and experience with printing processes Key Responsibilities Source evaluate and manage packaging vendors boxes labels pouches bottles etc Coordinate printing activities artwork sharing shade approval mockups proofs Ensure packaging material meets quality branding and compliance standards Negotiate pricing MOQs timelines and payment terms with vendors Track purchase orders delivery schedules and inventory requirements Coordinate with marketing design and production teams Manage vendor performance resolve quality or delivery issues Maintain packaging cost sheets and vendor databases Support new product launches with packaging development Required Skills Qualifications 1-4 years of experience in packaging procurement vendor management Hands-on experience with printing processes offset flexo gravure digital Knowledge of packaging materials paperboard corrugated plastic laminates Robust negotiation and vendor coordination skills Basic understanding of artwork formats and print approvals Proficiency in Excel and procurement documentation Experience in F B FMCG Retail preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Application Question s Have you directly handled packaging vendors and printing work Which packaging materials have you worked with Have you managed the end-to-end printing process Which printing methods have you worked with Have you negotiated pricing MOQs and timelines with packaging vendors How do you ensure quality control before final printing Location Zirakpur Punjab Required Work Location In person
