Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with proven experience in D2C brands FMCG products and e-commerce platforms The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning executing and optimizing digital campaigns to drive traffic conversions and brand growth Key Responsibilities Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads Meta Facebook Instagram and marketplaces Manage and optimize D2C website marketing traffic conversion rate customer acquisition Drive sales through e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Flipkart and other marketplaces Handle budget planning ROI tracking and performance analysis Collaborate with content design and category teams for campaign execution Optimize SEO SEM and remarketing campaigns Monitor key KPIs CAC ROAS CTR conversions retention Execute email WhatsApp and retention marketing campaigns Analyze competitor strategies and market trends Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints Required Skills Qualifications Hands-on experience in D2C digital marketing Strong understanding of FMCG consumer behavior Experience managing e-commerce and marketplace advertising Proficiency in Google Ads Meta Ads Manager Analytics tools Knowledge of SEO CRO and funnel optimization Data-driven mindset with robust analytical skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience with health nutrition or fast-moving consumer brands Familiarity with Shopify WooCommerce Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools Ability to work in a fast-paced growth-focused environment What We Offer Opportunity to work with a growing D2C FMCG brand Performance-driven growth opportunities Collaborative and dynamic work culture Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
