Warehouse Executive Male Interested DM (phone hidden) Position Warehouse Executive Location Chennai Multiple Locations Role Summary The Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations including receipt storage dispatch inventory control and coordination with transporters to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Receive verify and store incoming materials and finished goods Ensure proper stacking labeling and storage as per safety norms Maintain cleanliness and discipline inside the warehouse Inventory Management Maintain accurate stock records inward outward closing stock Conduct daily weekly monthly stock checks and reconciliations Follow FIFO FEFO methods as applicable Dispatch Logistics Prepare dispatch plans as per sales orders Coordinate loading unloading activities Ensure correct documentation invoice delivery challan e-way bill Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch and delivery Documentation Reporting Maintain inward outward and stock registers ERP entries Generate daily and monthly warehouse reports Report stock variance damages or shortages immediately Compliance Safety Follow company SOPs safety and statutory guidelines Ensure safe handling of materials and equipment Prevent pilferage damages and stock loss Coordination Coordinate with production sales and accounts teams Support audits and physical stock verification Required Skills Qualifications 12th Diploma any stream 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or stores operations Basic computer knowledge MS Excel ERP preferred Knowledge of inventory control and logistics processes Key Competencies Attention to detail Physical stamina and discipline Time management Team coordination Salary Benefits As per company norms Statutory advantages applicable Job Type Full-time Pay 13 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
