Position Edge Banding Machine Operator Department Production Manufacturing Experience 6 months - 3 years Freshers can also apply based on requirement Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor the edge banding machine for panel edge finishing Set up machine parameters as per job requirements thickness speed glue settings Read and understand work orders drawings and panel sizes Perform edge banding on MDF Particle Board and Plywood panels Check glue application trimming accuracy and surface finish Inspect finished panels for quality edges corner finishing alignment Maintain daily production logs and report any machine issues Perform basic machine cleaning and preventive maintenance Handle material loading and unloading safely Follow company safety standards and maintain a clean work area Required Skills Basic knowledge of woodworking machinery Ability to operate automatic or semi-automatic edge banding machines Understanding of PVC ABS veneer edge tapes Ability to measure accurately using tape scale and calipers Quality checking skills for edge finish and accuracy Troubleshooting minor machine issues glue flow trimming tape feeding Qualifications ITI Diploma in Wood Technology Mechanical optional but preferred Experience in modular furniture industry preferred Salary Range Based on experience 12 000 - 20 000 varies by company skill level Job Type Full time Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
