Job Title US Recruiter IT Non-IT Experience 4-8 Years Location Kharadi Onsite Shift US Shift Fixed Shift 7 30 PM - 4 30 AM IST Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates to their successful onboarding Work with MSP VMS models and ensure compliance with client hiring processes Recruit for a diverse range of industries including IT Engineering DOD-Federal Projects and Healthcare Ensure compliance with US visa regulations H1B TN GC OPT CPT etc Utilize various recruitment techniques such as headhunting networking referrals job portals and internet-based sourcing tools Understand client requirements thoroughly and deliver qualified candidates within the desired time frame Maintain and build a strong candidate database to meet future hiring needs Negotiate salary and contract terms effectively to ensure a successful hiring process Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT and Non-IT recruitment Work collaboratively with the team to achieve recruitment goals in a fast-paced environment Required Skills Experience 4-8 years of experience in US staffing recruiting for IT Non-IT roles with direct clients Robust knowledge of US hiring practices including work authorizations W2 Green Card US Citizens etc Proven ability to source and screen candidates across multiple industries Prior experience working in an MSP VMS model Proficiency in using ATS job portals like Dice Indeed Ciepal and Boolean search techniques Strong communication interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and multitask effectively in a target-driven environment Education Qualifications A Bachelor s degree is preferred but a combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered
