Job Title Area Sales Manager ASM - Vegetable Seeds Location Territory The ASM will be responsible for handling sales marketing and distribution in the following districts of Maharashtra Nasik Palghar Jalgaon Dhule Nandurbar Pune Baramati Solapur Satara Sangli Ahmednagar Aurangabad Buldana Jalna Industry Seeds Agriculture We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager ASM to oversee sales operations in the vegetable seeds segment The candidate should have a robust background in seeds marketing experience in field trials and a proven track record of driving sales growth Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the assigned region Manage and expand dealer distributor and retailer networks for vegetable seeds Conduct field trials and demonstrations to showcase product performance Organize and execute farmer meetings field days and promotional activities Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities Ensure timely collection of payments and work effectively on cash basis transactions Provide sales reports market feedback and demand forecasts to management Train and guide the sales team to improve productivity and achieve targets Requirements Experience 4-5 years in sales marketing of vegetable seeds mandatory Education Graduate Post Graduate in Agriculture or related field preferred Language Skills Fluent English is a must written and verbal Strong interpersonal negotiation and presentation skills Hands-on experience in conducting field trials Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory Proven track record of working on cash basis sales Basic Knowledge of MS Office Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
