Techsol DMS LLP is looking for a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer Executive to lead and enhance our visual identity The candidate will play a key role in conceptualizing designing and executing a wide range of projects to support our marketing branding and digital initiatives The ideal candidate should be able to handle multiple design projects while mentoring junior designers and ensuring the brand s consistency across all platforms Key Responsibilities Lead the creative design process for digital print and web assets including social media graphics websites advertisements presentations and promotional materials Develop cutting-edge visual concepts that effectively communicate the company s message and enhance the brand identity Collaborate closely with the marketing product and sales teams to create design solutions that align with business goals Oversee and guide junior designers ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines Continuously research and apply design trends to enhance the company s visual appeal Design and maintain a cohesive visual style across all platforms ensuring consistency in brand identity Create visually compelling and user-friendly designs for various campaigns product launches and digital marketing initiatives Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from conceptualization to final execution Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication Fine Arts or a related field 6months to 1 year of experience as a graphic designer In Digital Marketing Agency Is Bonus with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects etc Strong understanding of design principles including layout typography color theory and branding Experience with both print and digital media Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines Strong communication and presentation skills Experience in mentoring or leading a design team is a plus Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a bonus Ability to think creatively and strategically Perks A collaborative work environment with opportunities for creative freedom Work on exciting projects that impact brand strategy and user experience Opportunity for career advancement and leadership roles within the design team Exposure to the latest design tools and industry trends Job Type Full-time Pay 5 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
