Job Title Project Manager - Marketing Real Estate Preferred Location Wagholi Pune Onsite Experience 5 Years Job Type Full-Time Onsite About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Project Manager - Marketing with 5 years of hands-on experience in ATL Above-the-Line and BTL Below-the-Line offline marketing campaigns The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning executing and managing integrated offline marketing projects on-ground ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand goals Key Responsibilities Plan manage and execute ATL BTL marketing campaigns including print outdoor events activations exhibitions and sponsorships Coordinate with internal teams creative agencies vendors and partners for campaign rollout Track project timelines budgets and deliverables to ensure successful campaign execution Conduct site visits and oversee event activation setups to ensure quality and brand standards Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations Ensure all campaigns comply with brand guidelines and local regulations Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and local partners to support offline marketing activities Collaborate with the digital and brand teams for integrated marketing approaches Key Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in offline marketing with strong exposure to ATL BTL campaigns Proven track record in managing marketing projects end-to-end especially in office executions Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel locally for site visits and campaign oversight Nice to Have Experience in managing teams or external agencies Exposure to marketing within FMCG Real Estate Retail or similar industries Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 600 000 00 - 1 400 000 00 per year
