Role Description The Zoho Developer at ALYF will design, develop, and maintain customized solutions within the Zoho ecosystem to support business operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and optimizing Zoho applications (such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and related tools), building workflows and automation, and integrating Zoho with other systems and APIs. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring data integrity, usability, and performance across platforms.

Developer will also troubleshoot issues, provide user support and training, and continuously improve existing implementations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.





Qualifications

Solid proficiency with Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk) and experience configuring modules, workflows, and automation.

Hands-on experience with scripting and development in Zoho (Deluge), as well as working with APIs, webhooks, and integrations with third-party systems.

Solid understanding of databases, data modeling, and reporting, with the ability to design dashboards, build custom reports, and ensure data quality.

Background in software development or information systems, with knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and basic version control practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with stakeholders from non-technical teams and providing user training and documentation.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in real estate, property management, or SaaS-based platforms is a plus, along with familiarity with process optimization and automation best practices.
