Role Summary :

We're looking for a Product Manager Growth to own YesMadam's growth and revenue charter end-to-end. This role requires complete ownership of conversion, acquisition, revenue, and ticket size, working closely with founders and leading a small product analytics team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own business metrics : Conversion, Acquisition, Revenue &
- AOV/Ticket Size
- Optimize customer funnels (Acquisition / Activation / Retention)
- Drive A/B testing, experimentation, pricing, upsell & cross-sell initiatives
- Launch and scale 0-1 growth initiatives across business verticals
- Lead product releases, define success metrics, and monitor performance
- Manage and mentor a Senior Product Analyst, driving analytics and experimentation
- Collaborate with Engineering, Growth, Marketing, Operations &
- CX teams to execute growth initiatives





Must-Have Skills :

- 4 years in Product Management (Growth) within D2C, E-commerce, Marketplace, or Consumer Internet
- Proven success in improving conversion, acquisition, revenue, and ticket size
- Strong experience with Product Funnels &
- A/B Experimentation
- Excellent analytical skills with SQL, Funnel Analysis, Cohort Analysis, Dashboards &
- Segmentation
- Experience leading teams and working with senior leadership
- High ownership, proactive mindset, and ability to thrive in a rapid-paced startup environment

Good to Have :

- Experience launching 0-1 products/verticals
- Hands-on with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, BigQuery, Metabase
- Knowledge of Python, Tableau/Power BI
- Experience with Product Instrumentation &
- Event Tracking
