We’re Hiring: Workday Extend Developer / Architect

We are looking for an experienced Workday Extend professional to join our team and drive the design, development, and implementation of custom applications within the Workday ecosystem. If you have robust expertise in Workday Integrations, Workday Extend, and cloud application development, we would like to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and architecture of custom applications using Workday Extend.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable applications within the Workday platform.
- Ensure adherence to Workday best practices, architecture standards, and development guidelines.
- Partner with functional consultants, developers, and project managers for successful project delivery.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical leadership to development teams.
- Stay updated on the latest Workday Extend features and product enhancements.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting,



and solution enhancements.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical excellence across projects.

Required Skills:

- 8–14 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Integrations.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday Extend (formerly Workday Cloud Platform).
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Financials, or related Workday modules.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable cloud-based applications.
- Strong understanding of Workday APIs, data models, and security architecture.
- Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, XSLT, Workday Studio, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
