About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative WordPress Developer & Web Designer to join our team on a part-time remote basis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites, with a strong eye for modern and user-friendly design.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining websites, creating landing pages, optimizing website performance, and ensuring websites are responsive across desktop and mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites .
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins according to project requirements.
- Build and customize websites using Elementor and other WordPress page builders.
- Develop and maintain WooCommerce websites and online stores.
- Create responsive and mobile-friendly website layouts.
- Design landing pages, banners, promotional sections, and other website creatives.
- Upload and manage products, images, content, and website updates.
- Perform basic SEO optimization for websites.
- Optimize website speed, performance, and Core Web Vitals.
- Troubleshoot WordPress, plugin, theme, and hosting-related issues.
- Ensure websites are secure, functional, and regularly updated.
- Work closely with the marketing and content team to implement campaigns and website updates.
- Maintain consistent branding and visual quality across websites.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with WordPress website development and design .
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, Elementor, HTML, CSS,



and basic JavaScript .
- Experience with WooCommerce .
- Knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, widgets, and customization.
- Good understanding of responsive web design.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and website performance optimization .
- Experience with image editing tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools .
- Ability to troubleshoot WordPress and hosting-related issues.
- Good understanding of website UI/UX principles.
- Robust attention to detail and design aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Good communication and time-management skills.

Nice to Have
- Experience with PHP and WordPress development.
- Experience with custom WordPress themes/plugins.
- Knowledge of Elementor Pro.
- Experience with WooCommerce customization.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Experience with website security and performance optimization.
- Basic knowledge of Figma or other UI/UX design tools.
