Location: Greater Noida ? Experience:



6+ years ✅ Must have experience in Dry Fruits Industry ? Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end quality control processes across procurement, processing, and packaging

Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, and other regulatory requirements

Develop and implement quality assurance policies, SOPs, and documentation systems

Handle internal and external audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections

Monitor product quality consistency and take corrective actions when required

Manage vendor quality assessments and raw material inspections

Lead and train the quality team to maintain best practices and continuous improvement

Investigate customer complaints and implement preventive measures ✅ Key Requirements Minimum 6+ years of experience in the dry fruits industry (mandatory)

Solid knowledge of quality control systems, food safety standards, and compliance

Hands-on experience in audit handling and certification processes

Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Qualification in Food Technology / Food Science / Microbiology or related field preferred We’re looking for someone who can ensure top-notch quality standards, handle audits, and lead a strong quality team.
