1.Manage production execution processes during a shift and it includes the involvement in the following fields:
a. Shop Floor Management b. Manpower handling c.Understanding types of processes d.Production Achievement e. Inventory Control
- Be a communication medium between management and plant
- Coordinate lean manufacturing activities on the shopfloor
- Lead quality control processes and ensure SOPs are followed
- Organize and conduct the weekly meetings every Monday in order to discuss the previous week s production, plan completion, planning, etc.
