Key Responsibilities

- Guide employees through the hospitalization process and provide end-to-end support for cashless and reimbursement claims.

- Coordinate with clients, insurers, and TPAs to ensure timely claim documentation, claim settlements, and adherence to TATs.

- Conduct regular client visits to address service queries, gather feedback, and strengthen client relationships.

- Maintain client service trackers, TATs, meeting MoMs, and ensure timely closure of action items.

- Prepare and share MIS reports, including productivity, claims, and service dashboards.

- Manage client escalations and collaborate with TPAs to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

- Conduct Employee Benefits (EB)



policy induction sessions and educate employees on policy coverage, benefits, and claim processes.

- Ensure high-quality client servicing through proactive issue resolution and effective stakeholder management.

Desired Skills

- Minimum

2+ years of experience in

Corporate Insurance Broking

(

mandatory

).

- Hands-on experience in

Employee Benefits (GMC, GPA, GTL)

, claims servicing, or client servicing.

- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Customer-centric with excellent problem-solving and relationship management abilities.
