Role Description We're hiring a Webflow & Figma Designer who owns the full pipeline — Figma design to published Webflow site, solo, one page at a time. This is not a design-only or dev-only role; you must be equally strong in both and able to ship polished, animated, high-fidelity pages independently. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any branch — BE/BTech preferred)

Strong hands-on experience in both Figma and Webflow — not just one

Portfolio of live, published Webflow websites designed end-to-end (Figma → Webflow)

Skilled in Webflow animations & interactions (IX2, scroll effects, micro-interactions)

Working knowledge of AI agents/tools within Figma and Webflow (e.g. Figma AI, Webflow AI features, or similar AI-assisted design/build workflows)

Strong visual/design sense — modern, high-fidelity UI

No fixed experience requirement — portfolio quality matters more than years
