UI/UX Designer - Full Time

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our Delhi team on a hybrid basis. This role is open to designers at any experience level, what matters most is strong design fundamentals and a genuine, hands-on comfort with using AI tools as part of your workflow. If you've found ways to speed up research, ideation, prototyping, or handoff using AI, we want to hear about it. What You'll Do

Design end-to-end UI/UX for web and mobile products: wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI

Conduct or contribute to user research and translate insights into design decisions

Collaborate closely with developers, project managers,



and clients across projects

Maintain and evolve design systems for consistency and scalability

Use AI tools to accelerate parts of your workflow: research synthesis, concepting, prototyping, content generation, etc.

Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders and clients What We're Looking For

Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX process and outcomes

Proficiency in Figma

Practical experience using AI tools in real design work, this is a must-have

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles

Good communication skills: comfortable presenting and justifying design choices

Robust fundamentals matter more to us than years of experience What We Offer
