Lead core HR and Talent Management across the corporate and units

Design and govern structures, job descriptions, policies, PMS, and HR processes.

Enable performance, engagement, and retention through robust HR frameworks.

Education: MSW / MBA in HR / IR; MLM

Job-Related Experience: Min 10 -15yrs years in HR; Min 3 Years in Talent management / Plant Initiatives/PMS/Policies

Organisation Design, Roles and Job Descriptions

- Support business process mapping & Org Structuring
- Design and maintain job descriptions and job specifications for all key roles
- Review and update JDs to align with changing business processes.
- Ensure Proper JD communication and periodical JD-based reviews
- Manpower Planning and Budgeting Coordination Coordinate manpower planning with the Corporate HR Head & HODs. Consolidate and validate manpower budgets and recommendations Track approved vs actual manpower and highlight variances.




- HR Policies and Process Governance Draft, update, and circulate HR policies and processes. Maintain policy documentation, version control, and distribution Communicate policies effectively across the corporate and units and ensure effective implementation
- Performance Management System (PMS) Design suitable Performance management System in discussion with HR heads and Management. Coordinate goal setting and performance planning process.
- HR Technology and HRIS Drive HRMS / HRIS implementation for core HR modules. Ensure robust Employee life cycle management process & automate most of them. Ensure speed and effectiveness

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹68,000.00 per month
