Responsibilities:

- Learn and understand the company's business processes, policies, and operations.
- Participate in departmental training and on-the-job learning activities.
- Assist senior team members with daily operational tasks and projects.
- Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and MIS records.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.

Eligibility Criteria

- Fresh graduates from the 2025 & 2026 batches only.
- Only Non-Technical Graduates are eligible.
- Preferred qualifications: BBA/B.Com/BMS/B.A./MBA
- Not Eligible: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, or any other technical qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media platforms.




- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.

Training & Compensation:

- 6 months of structured training.
- Monthly Stipend: 12,000- 15,000
- Prospect for permanent employment based on successful completion of the training program.
