Role- Technology Support - Oracle CX Cloud Consultant Experience-3+ Years

Location-Bangalore

Education-Graduation

Notice Period-0-15 Days only

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and support Oracle CX Cloud applications.




- Work with business teams to optimize customer engagement processes.
- Configure Oracle CX modules and support enhancements.
- Conduct testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Drive business process improvements and user adoption.

Required Skills

- Experience in Oracle CX Cloud modules such as Sales, Service, Marketing, CPQ, Loyalty, or B2B Service.
- Understanding of CRM and Customer Experience processes.
- Experience in Oracle Cloud implementations and support engagements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced workplace.

Common Requirement for All Roles
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant Oracle Cloud experience.
- Willingness to work from office (WFO).
- Open to relocate to project/business locations across India.
- Strong communication and client interaction skills.
- Experience in implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects preferred
