Role - UFT/Seetest/Selenium Automation Experience-3+Years

Location-Chennai

Education-Graduation

Notice Period-0-15 Days only

: UFT

- Strong hands-on experience in OpenText UFT / UFT One (formerly HP QTP)
- Expertise in VBScript programming and framework development
- Experience in test automation framework design and maintenance
- Automation of Web, Desktop, Mainframe, SAP, and API applications using UFT
- Strong knowledge of functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing
- Experience with Object Repository, Descriptive Programming, Recovery Scenarios, and Shared Object Repository
- Hands-on experience in ALM / Quality Center integration
- Experience in data-driven and keyword-driven automation frameworks
- Understanding of defect management and test lifecycle processes
- Expertise in creating, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, UFT API Testing)
- Knowledge of SQL and database validation
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab)
- Version control experience using Git
- Exposure to Selenium, Playwright, or other automation tools
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
- Basic scripting knowledge in Python, Java, or PowerShell

: SEETEST

- Solid hands-on experience in SeeTest Automation (Experitest Digital Assurance Platform)




- Expertise in Mobile Test Automation for Android and iOS applications
- Experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks using SeeTest
- Strong programming skills in Java (preferred) or other supported languages
- Hands-on experience in Appium and integration with SeeTest platform
- Experience with native, hybrid, and mobile web application testing
- Knowledge of mobile device management, simulators, and real device testing
- Experience in creating and executing automated regression and functional test suites
- Strong understanding of mobile application lifecycle and testing methodologies
- Ability to analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams for resolution

: Selenium Automation

- Develop test automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java
- Create and maintain frameworks such as Hybrid, Data-driven, or BDD (TestNG/JUnit/Cucumber)
- Execute functional, regression, and smoke testing
- Handle web elements, waits, alerts, frames, and windows
- Perform cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)
- Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines
- Generate detailed test reports (Extent Reports, Allure)
- Identify defects, log bugs, and collaborate with developers
- Maintain test data and environment configurations

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Java programming
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
- Experience in TestNG/JUnit / Cucumber BDD framework
- Familiarity with Maven/Gradle build tools
- Knowledge of OOP concepts and design patterns
- Understanding of XPath, CSS selectors
