Seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with expertise in HR business processes, configuration, implementation, and support. The candidate should possess strong functional knowledge and be capable of independently handling client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP HCM modules.
- Conduct business workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
- Prepare functional specifications.
- Coordinate with technical teams for developments and enhancements.
- Conduct UAT and support go-live activities.
- Resolve complex business process issues.

Must Have

- Minimum 2 End-to-End Implementations.
- Robust Payroll and Time Management expertise.
- Client-facing experience.
- Experience handling production support issues.

Preferred

- SAP SuccessFactors Integration exposure.
- HCM Certification.Integration exposure.
- HCM Certification.
