Experienced Candidates Only: A minimum of 1 year of International Voice Sales / US Call Center experience is mandatory.

The following candidates will not be considered:

- Freshers
- Domestic BPO candidates
- Non-Voice process candidates
- Candidates with less than 1 year of International Voice experience

Work Details

- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Shift: Night Shift (US Process)
- Cab Facility: Not Provided
- Candidates must be flexible to work rotational night shifts.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process (US Process) experience.
- Experience in Outbound and/or Inbound International Voice Process.
- Experience in Sales, Customer Support, or Semi-Sales Process.
- Excellent spoken English with the ability to communicate confidently with US customers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Good decision-making abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a target-driven,



rapid-paced environment.

Educational Qualification

- 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate.
- Minimum 12 months of International BPO Voice Experience is mandatory.

- 6:00 PM 3:00 AM
- 7:00 PM 4:00 AM
- 8:00 PM 5:00 AM
