Store Manager IRTH by Titan
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead retail operations, drive sales, and deliver an excellent customer experience for IRTH by Titan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and team performance
- Achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability
- Ensure high standards of customer service and visual merchandising
- Handle inventory, billing, and stock management
- Train, motivate, and supervise store staff
- Maintain store hygiene, SOPs, and brand standards
Requirements:
- Graduate with retail sales experience
- Solid leadership and communication skills
- Experience in fashion/lifestyle/jewellery retail preferred
- Ability to handle targets and team management
