- Agreement understanding, Entitlement gathering, data validation, discovery monitoring, reporting, compliance monitoring, gap analysis, and reclaim process.
- Ensure coordination with stakeholders to gather data and ensure quality, accuracy and completeness of data in the tool. Able to analyze major publishers license rules and optimize them.
- Experience handling Tier-1 vendors for license management (Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, Adobe, etc- At least 2 vendors)
- Experience in most of license metrices – Cores, Proc, Server based, Device based, Concurrent etc and able to analyze the license consumption for various publishers.
- Review the ELA and maintain OEM privilege portal to validate entitlements.
- Should have detailed understanding on SAM attributes. Notify application owners for change in license metric/ renewals, reclaim.
- Licensing knowledge of key publishers
- Able to perform day to day SAM activities and ensure deliverables.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow is mandatory and SCCM is recommended.
