Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute site works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor daily site progress and prepare progress reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
- Verify levels, measurements, and accuracy of execution.
- Manage labor, materials, and other site resources efficiently.
- Interpret structural, architectural, and service drawings.
- Assist in material planning, procurement follow-ups, and site documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and resolve on-site issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain project checklists.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience as a Site Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of RCC works, finishing works, and on-site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret working drawings.
- Positive communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; basic AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.
