Hiring: Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to promote and sell our developer packages through our website.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of developer advertising and marketing packages.
- Generate and convert leads from real estate developers and builders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase package subscriptions.
- Conduct presentations, negotiations, and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and campaign performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Regular basis MBA in Sales & Marketing
- Experience in real estate sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Knowledge of the real estate developer market is preferred.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Location: 1st Floor, Plot No. 52, 1st floor, jacaranda Marg, DLF phase 2, Gurgaon (Haryana) Experience: 3 to 10 Years

Employment Type: Full time

Salary: 30k to 80k (Depend on your Interview & Experience)
