Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

- Generate reports and dashboards using MS Excel.

- Analyze large datasets and provide meaningful insights.

- Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely report submission.

- Create Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and advanced Excel formulas.

- Develop and maintain Excel dashboards.

- Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate data.

- Prepare management reports and presentations.

- Monitor KPIs and share performance reports.

- Ensure data confidentiality and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills

- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS)

- Excel Dashboards & Charts

- Data Analysis & Reporting

- MIS Reporting





- Power Query (Preferred)

- Basic Power BI (Preferred)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or any relevant discipline.

Preferred Experience

- 2-3 years of experience as an MIS Executive, Data Analyst, or Reporting Executive.

- Experience in Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, or Corporate organizations is preferred.
