- Step 4: Select "BPO" in areas of interest and complete the registration. (Fill the details)
- Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. will be generated which starts from EP2025XXXX.
- Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.

Mandatory Documents to carry:
- Candidates must have a registered EP ID
- TCS Online Application Form
- Hard Copy of Resume
- 2 Copy Recent Passport Size Photographs
- Original and 2 photocopy of Govt. ID proof (Aadhaar Card or PAN Card)

Eligibility:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Key Responsibilities
- Process benefits enrollment and updates within defined timelines
- Manage employee life events and eligibility changes in HR systems
- Validate and support payroll deductions and reconciliation activities




- Coordinate with benefits vendors for routine queries and file updates
- Maintain accurate benefits records and documentation
- Handle employee queries related to benefits programs and policies
- HRIS Analyst — Benefits
- Oracle Fusion Benefits module: programs, plans, plan types, options, eligibility profiles
- Life events configuration (scheduled, unrestricted, administrative) and processing
- Rates and coverages, variable rate/coverage profiles
- Open Enrollment setup, testing, and processing
- Benefits rapid formulas (eligibility, rate, coverage derivation)
- Benefit carrier/vendor integrations and extracts (HCM Extracts for benefit files)
- Dependent/beneficiary designation rules, certifications, and action items
- Reconciliation of deductions to payroll element entries
- ACA/regulatory reporting awareness (US context)

• Self-service enrollment testing and communication

Required Qualifications Graduate (any discipline); HR / Finance background preferred

Experience Requirements

1–8 years of experience in HR operations or benefits administration
