Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Marathi Teacher to teach students and foster a strong understanding of the Marathi language, literature, and culture. The ideal candidate should create an engaging learning environment, encourage effective communication skills, and support students' academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, prepare, and deliver Marathi lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
- Teach Marathi grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress.
- Encourage students to participate in cultural, literary, and language-related activities.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
- Ensure classroom discipline and promote ethical values.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Marathi, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) preferred or required as per institutional norms.
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written Marathi.
- Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and educational technology.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred.
