As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure, customize, and integrate ServiceNow applications to meet business needs

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other modules as required.




- Design and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
- Create and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration methods.
- Work on ServiceNow development activities such as scripting, UI/UX enhancements, and data imports.
- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Provide support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for existing ServiceNow implementations.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends.
- Content Management: - developing the ESS page.
- UI Actions / UI policy / Access Control Lists, etc.
